Switching up your routine

  1. Wake up

  2. Shower

  3. Make coffee

  4. Set up work station

  5. Write something over a cup of coffee

  6. Read emails for the day

  7. Get dressed and go to work I no longer get to work by 8 a.m. I now walk in between 9 and 9:30 a.m. And it's made a huge difference in my emotional and mental health.
